Swedbank Pay will carry out a planned technical update during the night between November 2nd and 3rd.
To minimize the impact on your customers, the work is scheduled to take place between 03:00 and 04:00.
During this time, temporary service disruptions may occur in our Swish service.
We therefore recommend that you, if possible, inform your end customers via your preferred communication channels to use other available payment methods during this period.
This way, we can reduce the impact on the purchase flow.
